Accumetric, LLC manufactures, packages and markets adhesives, sealants, lubricants and related products. The ISO Certified company manufactures or purchases product in bulk from major domestic and foreign suppliers. Accumetric then packages these various products into cartridges, tubes, sausages, bottles, cans and other smaller containers. The packaged products are private-labeled or are sold nationally and internationally under the BOSS ® label to OEMs and through numerous wholesale distributors.

The company operates in four business segments:

• Accumetric-branded product, marketed under the brand name of "BOSS ®";
• Accumetric-branded product, marketed under the brand name of "Dynatex ®";
• private labeling / custom packaging;
• contract packaging, the manufacturing of high performance silicone sealants, lubricants and latex products specially formulated to meet the unique requirements of the markets served.

Through distribution, Accumetric markets an extensive line of adhesives, sealants, lubricants and other specialty products under the BOSS ® label. Our distributors sell these adhesives, sealants and lubricants primarily to the construction, industrial MRO, HVAC, RV and manufactured housing, insulation, cultured marble, automotive aftermarket, pool and spa, paint and sundries, electrical and electronics industries.

Dynatex ® markets silicone compounds, lubricants, cleaners and custom packaged products to the automotive aftermarket. These  products are sold nationally and internationally through wholesale distributors under the Dynatex ®   brand name.

Accumetric Custom Packaging/Contract Packaging business provides innovative solutions for all private label packaging requirements. With over 25 years of experience, Accumetric has packaged thousands of formulations for companies varying in size from small start-ups to Fortune 500, in an assortment of containers including:

High and low viscosity materials, multi-component compounds, moisture and oxygen sensitive formulations are just a few of the more demanding products packaged by our experienced and quality minded production staff.

In 1996, the purchase of the John W. Blair Co. established Accumetric as a major source for packaging multi-component materials, e.g., two component epoxies, polyurethanes, silicones, acrylics, etc. The acquisition brought with it more than 30 years experience in providing repackaging services to most of the major adhesive manufacturers in the industry.

In recent years, international sales have provided a rapid growth platform for the company. Accumetric currently markets and distributes products in more than 70 countries, with the major markets being the Middle East, China, South America,  and the Pacific Rim. We continue to increase our international presence and expect international sales to have significant growth in the years to come. Through joint ventures with prominent firms in a region, Accumetric plans to further establish regional packaging facilities throughout the world.

Accumetric's corporate headquarters, housing the administrative, marketing, and sales office is located in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. The company's modern packaging and manufacturing plant is also located in Elizabethtown. Accumetric Engineered Products (AEP), manufactures adhesives, sealants and compounds in a modern manufacturing facility, which was completed in 1996. This new facility includes a fully equipped development laboratory to support the growing market for specially formulated materials. Sales offices are also maintained in Charlotte, North Carolina; Phoenix, Arizona; Columbus, Ohio; Thailand and Hong Kong.

With the momentum Accumetric has built in the international markets and with more than 2000 U.S. stocking distributors, Accumetric is well positioned for double-digit growth into the 21st century.

Accumetric and its divisions are capable of accepting inbound EDI documents in the form of 850 - Purchase Orders and transmitting outbound documents in the form of 856 -- Advanced Ship Notices and 810 -- Invoices.
